pocketcoruna.com presents the Pocket Coruña app, a practical guide to A Coruña with tourist, cultural,
mobility and weather information, and publishes a calendar of events in the city. Access to the website and the app
is free of charge and does not require registration.
The conditions of use of the service are set out in the Terms of Use, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy.
3. Independence from public bodies and operators
Pocket Coruña is an independent project and is not an official service. It does not act on behalf of the Ayuntamiento de A Coruña (A Coruña City Council), the Xunta de Galicia, MeteoGalicia, the urban bus service, BiciCoruña or the taxi services. The names of these entities are mentioned only to identify the information we provide and its origin, and this does not imply any sponsorship or endorsement on their part.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, logo and Pocket Coruña brand, as well as the texts and other elements created for the website and the app, belong to their owner or are used with authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes without authorisation is not permitted, except where allowed by law.
5. Third-party content
The website and the app include public information and third-party content, such as map data from OpenStreetMap, weather data from MeteoGalicia, mobility information, event information and images, and photographs by their respective authors. This content belongs to its owners and is used in accordance with its licences and attribution conditions, which are detailed in the Terms of Use.

6. External links
The website and the app include links to third-party sites, such as event organisers, ticketing platforms, mobility operators, public bodies and social networks. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. In accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE, we will remove any link as soon as we have actual knowledge that it leads to unlawful content.
7. Liability
The information is provided for guidance only, and much of it comes from external sources that may change or may not be up to date. We strive to keep the website working correctly and without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee this at all times.
